Hello

A Bit About Me
I am a vision scientist. I study blinding diseases that arise because of the loss of corneal endothelium. Corneal endothelial cells are non-regenerative, therefore, the treatment for these diseases often involves corneal transplantation.
My work focuses on identifying cellular mechanisms that underlie corneal endothelial diseases, with the goal of devising therapies.
I will be starting a new lab in January 2023 at Indiana University School of Optometry, Bloomington, IN
I am a wife and a mom of two humans + three dogs. As a family, we enjoy going on road trips and fostering shelter dogs.
